| On Sunday August 6, 2006 The Lighthouse Fitness Center will hold it's 5th Annual Lighthouse Sprint Triathlon. We are expecting to max out with 300 athletes from Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas and other surrounding areas. Proceeds will benefit The Ronald McDonald House of Oklahoma City and the Young Life Ministries of Central Oklahoma.
